Snip.Farm ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered platform that automates the creation and publishing of YouTube Shorts. Our service generates scripts, images, video animations, voiceovers, captions, and music, then assembles and publishes finished videos to your YouTube channel.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Snip.Farm.
- You must have a valid YouTube channel to use our publishing features.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Service Description
Snip.Farm provides:
- AI-generated scripts, images, animations, voiceovers, and captions.
- Automated video assembly and post-production.
- Direct publishing to your YouTube channel via authorized Google OAuth.
- Content calendar management and scheduling.
4. Credits & Billing
- Our service operates on a credits-based billing system.
- Credits are purchased monthly via Stripe and correspond to a number of video generations.
- Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Refunds are available for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. No refunds are issued for credits that have been consumed.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. User Responsibilities
By using Snip.Farm, you agree to:
- Only publish content to YouTube channels that you own or have authorization to manage.
- Comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
- Not use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading content.
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, exploit the platform, or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Review AI-generated content before publishing, as you are ultimately responsible for what appears on your channel.
6. Content Ownership
- Videos generated through Snip.Farm are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of content created for you.
- You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish to YouTube, including any copyright or legal implications.
- AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. Always review before publishing.
7. YouTube API & Google OAuth
- We use Google OAuth to authenticate your YouTube channel. We request only the permissions necessary to upload and manage videos.
- You can revoke our access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
- Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube API Terms of Service.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
- Third-party API outages (YouTube, AI providers) may temporarily affect service functionality.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Snip.Farm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, your generated content will be available for download for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of Snip.Farm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
